Pictures sent in (January 2011) by John Long from Sydney, Australia of his drum set. Great look John!

Thanks for the prompt delivery of my orders & for the comprehensive instructions.
I wanted to blend my 1984 Tama Rosewood snare to the 1978 Slingerland kit. I am more than happy with result (which was my first attempt at wrapping). I trimmed back the wrap to fit just under the head rings as it otherwise would have been a bit tight. I also “prettied up” the old kit with your hoop inlays, claws & T nuts. (Hint when drilling, place an old head on the underside to collect all of the droppings).
I’ll eventually do the whole kit in wrap, but for the moment it looks half decent, (In dog years this kit is now 230 years old). Cheers,
John Long – Sydney, Australia
